The 10th ANPS Early Childhood Conference

The 10th ANPS Early Childhood Conference, held on Saturday, 11 October 2025, was an inspiring celebration of creativity, connection, and purpose in early childhood education.

Hosted at Kipina Kids Kelapa Gading, the event was a full house, gathering over a hundred passionate educators, school leaders, and early years specialists from across Indonesia. This year’s theme — “The Heart of Innovation: Relationships, Play, and Purpose in Early Childhood” — came to life through meaningful conversations, hands-on learning, and a shared commitment to nurturing the next generation of learners.

A true highlight of the day was the presence of Prof. Michael Antoniou from King’s College London, who captivated the audience with his keynote on the science of learning and the deep human connection behind innovation in education. His warmth, humor, and depth of insight left participants both enlightened and inspired to apply evidence-based yet heart-driven practices in their classrooms. Equally outstanding was Ms. Shareen Ratnani, ANPS Chief of Programmes Officer and Vice President of Education at Kipina Asia, whose spotlight session offered practical tools to help teachers bring play and purpose into every learning experience.

The conference also featured an impressive lineup of local and international speakers who shared ideas, strategies, and success stories that resonated deeply with participants. From storytelling and sensory play to leadership in early years settings, each session sparked lively discussions and new connections. The enthusiasm in every room was infectious — educators laughed, reflected, and learned together, united by their passion for helping children thrive. The ANPS extends heartfelt gratitude to all speakers, participants, and our gracious host Kipina Kids Kelapa Gading for making this sold-out conference a joyful, meaningful, and unforgettable experience.
