Dear Leaders,

Join us at the ANPSmeet Principals, “Lessons from Pandemic: Responding, Adapting, Changing”.
by Prof Melanie Brooks and Dr Michelle Striepe from Edith Cowan University – School of Education,
on Thursday, 14th April 2022, 2.00 PM Jakarta

The COVID-19 pandemic is having an unprecedented impact on school leaders’ day to day work, replacing typical roles and responsibilities with dynamics that, prior to this crisis, were unimaginable. This has required school leaders to adapt and change in order to continue to meet students’ socio-emotional and learning needs. This presentation presents a crisis framework informed by two years of empirical research. Key components of the framework include providing care, communicating clearly, facilitating teamwork, and leading responsive decision-making. The aim of the framework is to serve as a guide for leaders to reflect on their leadership practice during crises. Using the components of the framework, school leaders can improve their reactions to crises so that their adaptations and changes will be appropriate and responsive to the complex needs of their school community.

This webinar is complimentary for all ANPS member schools Principals.
Seats are limited.
