The 17th ANPS Educators’ Conference 2027 is calling for passionate educators, school leaders, counsellors, specialists, and education practitioners to share their knowledge, experiences, and practices with fellow educators.
This year, we invite you to explore what it means to put people at the heart of education through our theme:

At the heart of every meaningful learning experience is a human connection. Students learn best when they feel seen, valued, supported, and that they belong—when they have the confidence to ask questions, take risks, make mistakes, and grow.
Teaching with care is about recognising that wellbeing and learning are deeply connected, and creating environments where strong relationships, high expectations, and thoughtful teaching practices work together to help every learner thrive.
As educators and school leaders, we have an important role in shaping these environments. The way we communicate, respond, design learning experiences, build relationships, and create school cultures can have a lasting impact on both learning and wellbeing.
The 17th ANPS Educators’ Conference 2027 brings together educators, school leaders, specialists, and thought leaders to explore what it means to put human connection at the heart of education. Together, we will share ideas and practices that strengthen relationships, support wellbeing, deepen learning, and create school communities where both students and educators can flourish.
Call for Speakers
We are seeking engaging presentations and interactive workshops that explore how care, connection, and wellbeing can strengthen teaching and learning.
Whether you are a classroom educator, school leader, counsellor, learning specialist, researcher, or education practitioner, we welcome proposals that challenge thinking, share effective practices, offer fresh perspectives, and inspire meaningful change in schools.
We encourage participatory formats that invite discussion, reflection, collaboration, and active learning, while providing participants with practical ideas and strategies they can apply in their own contexts.
