ANPS Regional Workshop Yogyakarta 2026: When Schools Rethink Branding Through Real Practice

ANPS Regional Workshop Yogyakarta 2026: When Schools Rethink Branding Through Real Practice

Yogyakarta, 25 April 2026 —
The ANPS Regional Workshop Yogyakarta 2026, themed “Innovate Like a Startup: Sekolah Keren Punya Branding,” successfully delivered a meaningful and highly relevant learning experience for school leaders, admissions and marketing teams, and educators from across Indonesia.

Held in the serene environment of Global Darussalam Academy (GDA), the workshop went beyond traditional presentations by offering a School Tour Experience, allowing participants to directly observe how environment, concept, and school culture contribute to a strong institutional positioning.

Learning Beyond Theory

One of the workshop’s key strengths was its practical and applicable approach. The session delivered by Mr. Hendro received strong appreciation from participants, particularly for highlighting that school branding is not solely the responsibility of the marketing team, but a collective effort involving all elements of the school.

Participants also noted that the session expanded their perspective—emphasizing that promotion is not just external communication, but must be reflected in the overall student experience, teacher interactions, and the systems built within the school.

Discussion and Collaboration as Highlights

Unlike conventional seminars, this workshop placed strong emphasis on sharing sessions and inter-school discussions. Many participants expressed that exchanging real challenges—ranging from classroom management and communication with parents to addressing the needs of today’s generation—was one of the most impactful parts of the program.

These interactive sessions also fostered meaningful networking opportunities, allowing participants to learn not only from the speaker but also from each other’s experiences, creating a collaborative and engaging atmosphere.

From Insight to Action

The action plan session played a crucial role in helping participants translate insights into concrete steps. Many shared that they gained strategic ideas that could be directly implemented in their schools, including strengthening branding, improving service quality, and developing more structured school systems.

Several participants also expressed their intention to share these insights with their respective teams, marking the beginning of broader institutional improvements.

Branding as a Strategic Necessity

A key takeaway from the workshop was the growing awareness that school branding is no longer optional—it is essential. More importantly, branding is not merely about appearance, but about reflecting a school’s identity, values, and the experience delivered to students and parents.

In an increasingly competitive landscape, schools are encouraged to clearly define their positioning, build meaningful differentiation, and communicate their value consistently.

Looking Ahead

Based on participant feedback, there is strong interest in future workshops with deeper exploration of topics such as:

  • effective parent communication
  • school leadership development
  • classroom and system management
  • sustainable branding strategies

Participants also expressed their appreciation for the school tour and collaborative discussions, hoping these elements will remain integral to future programs.

Growing Together as a Learning Community

The ANPS Regional Workshop Yogyakarta 2026 once again highlighted the importance of collaboration among schools as a learning community. Through sharing, reflection, and innovation, the workshop created a space not only for learning, but for collective growth.

As one participant simply put it, “We love ANPS ❤️”—a reflection of the positive experience and the spirit of ongoing collaboration.
