“The Highly Sensitive Child: Building Empathy Through Understanding “
In this workshop, participants will gain an understanding of the Highly Sensitive Personality Trait (HSP), particularly as it relates to children. We will explore how to recognize these well-researched and common characteristics in 20% of the population. You will learn how to create a supportive and inclusive environment for highly sensitive children and gather practical tools to support the HSPs in your life. You may also recognize these traits in those around you—or even in yourself—enriching your perspective as an individual and an educator.
